The Federal Office for the Investigation said that gangster terrorist Harpreet Singh, aka Happy Pasdia, allegedly had a connection with Pakistani inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), terror group Pro-Khalistan.
Pasdia, in connection with more terrorist attacks across the pandjab, reportedly worked with ISI and BKI and was arrested in the US, officials said on Friday.
Pasdia illegally joined the US and was arrested by the FBI and the American immigration and customs enforcement and recovery and removal and removal of SACrament operations, said the Federal Agency for the US Enforcement.
“Today, Harpreet Singh, an alleged terrorist responsible for terrorist attacks in Pandjab, India, was arrested #fbi & #ero in Sacrament. He joined two international terrorist groups illegally and used phones to avoid captivity,” FBI Sacramento said in a statement.
“He avoided capture by means of unexplained burner phones and encrypted applications. This case strengthens the importance of international cooperation in retention of those who threaten global security,” Sacramento said.

The PTI report, which quotes official sources, said Pasdia is looking for 16 terrorist attacks, including 14 grenade attacks in the state. He is also suspected of working with ISI and BKI, the report said.
In January, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced a cash reward £5 Lakh on Passion in connection with the attack of the grenade’s hands on the house in Chandigarh in September last year.

Pasdia and Pakistani terrorist BKI Harwinder Singh Sandhu aka Rinda was among the four accused in the fee in the case of NIA.
Police investigations in Panjab found that Poldia provides accused explosives, weapons and logistics support through its local collaborators.

“The grenade attack, which focused on former Jalandhar SP Jankirat Singh Chahal and his family, was carried out by two people – Rohan and Vishal Masih – who escaped after they cast grades.
Initially, Pasdia was aligned with members of Jagg Bhagwanpuria, including American collaborators Darmanjot Singh (Darman Kahlon) and Amritpal Singh (Amrit Bal).
This context with the Bhagwanpuria gang meant the establishment of the involvement of Pasdia in organized crime and laid the foundation for its subsequent cooperation with Rinda.
Recently, Rinda has joined the Passion for performing terrorist attacks in the pandjab.

Between September to October 2023, Pasdia organized a series of blackmail and terrorist activities in Pandjab, according to the documentation prepared by the state police.
They focused on liqueur suppliers and entrepreneurs by calling blackmail and giving and shooting incidents for spirits in Batala and Amritsar to instill fear and observance.

The Pandjab Police were arrested several terrorist and criminal modules supported by Rinda-Passia networks. The modules were raised so that the leaders of Hindu groups, police facilities, serving and pensioners of police officers in Panjab, processions carried out by Hindu groups, suppliers of liqueurs from the AMRITSAR-BATAL region for execution to raise funds for terrorism.

BKI attacks in the pandjab
Between 2024 and early 2025, BKI organized a series of 16 terrorist attacks across Pandjab, including 14 attacks on hand grenades, one improvised explosive facility (IED) and one rocket -induced grenade (RPG), which focus on police establishment and officials.
23 November last year BKI planted IED near the police station Ajnala and launched an attack by RPG (missile -powered grenade) on the Qila Lal Singh police in the Gurdaspur district of Night 6 and 7 April.
These attacks were coordinated by Passia led by Rinda and in collaboration with his other American collaborators-“Gurdev Singh Jaisal Pehalwan, Gurpreet Singh aka Gopi NawanShehria and German Swawaran Singh aka Jeevan Faujia,” Dossier said.
She also added that the Rinda-Passia network accepts a juvenile, often fighting drug addiction to perform terrorist activities in exchange for money and narcotics.
