The Unit of the-Check Information Information Bureau (PIB) denied the rumors of social media, indicating that Indian airspaces were used by the United States to start aircraft during the recent military operations focused on Iranian nuclear facilities.
Several viral features online claimed that American B-2 stealth bombers flew on Indian territory on the way to the bombing of Iranian fortified nuclear spots, including the Foredow, as part of the Midnight Hammer operation carried out on June 21.
However Press the Information Office to check the unit (PIB Fact Check) indicated these statements “fake”.
“This statement is fake,” Pib said in a fact in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter).
“Indian airspace was not used by the United States during the #midnighthammer operation.”
It clarifies us a flight trip
During the press briefing, this problem was also dealt with by General Dan Caine, chairman of the common chief of the staff. He confirmed that US aircraft set out on the Middle East and Mediterranean route and did not fly through the South Asian air space, including India.
