
While the criticism continues to grow over the super decisions of Rajasthan Royals over the decisions against Delhi Capitals, even Axar Patel admitted that he was quite surprised that RR Yashsvi Jaiswal did not send on the bat.
Jaiswal was one of the two standout doughs next to Nitish early in a collision of April 16, but both were overlooked in favor of Riyana Parag and Shimron Hetmeyer during super over. DC Skipper Axar Patel, who spoke at a press conference after the match, revealed that he and his team expected Jaiswal to come out for great first.
However, he acknowledged that things eventually worked in favor of DC.

“Hetmyer couldn’t connect in the match … So I felt that Jaiswal and Riyan went out. But it worked well for us,” Axar Patel said.
