Sri Dharmasthal Bhaktabhimani members on Wednesday issued a protest march in Belagavi and Vijayapura against what they called a systematic conspiracy to gossip the holy place on behalf of the police investigation.
In Belagavi, demonstrators gathered in Rani Channamma Circle and introduced Rasta Roko for over an hour.
They marched a deputy commissioner to the office and submitted the state government a memorandum.
They demanded an action against portals and youtubers and influences on social media, who, as stated, create content that Dharmasthal is supposed to slander before the special investigation team has completed the investigation.
They demanded legal steps against those who judge against the city of the Temple, the Sri Manjunath Swami Temple and Dharmadhikari Veerendra Heggade.

A large number of members of the self -help group of women participated in the protest who held the labels that called the charity activities of the Rural Development project SRI Dharmasthal.
Sri Shivasiddha Someshwar Swami from Mukti Math said that some people are abusing social media to spread misinformation and prejudices to the holy place. Required death penalty for such people.

He suspected that some anti-Hindus forces had been triggered against Dharmasthale to defame Dharmadhikari Veerendra Heggade and his family members. He suspected that anti-homemu forces from other countries were involved in an attempt to defame Dharmasthaly.
