Lord MalayAppa on Sunday goes to Spangled Golden ‘Garuda Vahanam’, the fifth day of the ongoing Brahmotsavam in Tirumale.
The sanctuary of the sacred hill of Lord Venkatesware turned into devotion to the sea on Sunday evening, because the imperial “Garuda Seva” began at 18:07, half an hour earlier than the mentioned hour, electrifying the atmosphere with distinctive singing “Govindy… Govinda” from dozens of ecstatic devotees.
When the majestic Golden “Garuda Weaven” emerged from Vahanamandapam, a huge area before the temple broke into clapping, health and a stormy choir “Govindy Namam”, creating a stunning wave of spiritual frong.
Hundreds of devotees who worship in their places offered “Harati” in the syntion, their lamps blinked like stars in the background of the cloudy sky. The devotees remained back in their positions, which were not reflected by intermittent showers.
The procedural deity, vibrant in a number of invaluable and antique ornaments, embodied the grandeur of the centuries -old tradition of the temple. The treasures decorating the Lord included the legendary “Makara Kanti”, the five -layer “Lakshmi Kasula Haram”, the diamond gold crown, “Sankhu and Chakram”, each of which was immersed in the timeless Lore temple.
Since the city witnessed unprecedented participation, the authorities extended the festivities late into the night and allowed devoted to heating in the divine spectacle until 23:30 in the afternoon, thick incense and devotion, bearing the echoes of faith that resonated through these hills.
