On the second day of Gunadala Utsavams, Tuesday, thousands of devotees thronged the shrine of Gunadala Mary Matha and offered special prayers to the Lourd Matha. Devotees from Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and places across Andhra Pradesh attended the 102nd Utsavams at Bishop Grassi High School.
Visakhapatnam Archbishop Udumula Bala, Nellore Pilli Bishop Antony Das, Vijayawada Telagathoti Bishop Joseph Raja Rao and priests offered mass prayers and blessed the devotees.

Cultural troupes from various places performed programs on the occasion.
Gunadala and neighboring areas were engulfed in festive fervor, with shops lined up on both sides of the roads near the church. Gunadala Church was illuminated for the festival.
The Revenue Department, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC), Police, AP-Transco and officials of other departments have made elaborate arrangements for the Utsavams, Mansignore Muvvala Prasad said.
