Chennai Super Kings All-Rounder Ravindra Jadeja was brutally trolls on Sunday, April 20, after his shifts against the Indians in Mumbai. Jadeja played in the Indian Premier League, scored 53* out of 35 balls in a blow 153.43.
Jadeja fought through most of his shifts after he came to the bat for No. 4, and in the finals he only released in the game against Trent Boult. Jadeja fired next to Shivam Dube and could not injection any real aggression outside the powerplay. Senior CSK dough found it difficult to score boundaries against Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah and Mitchell Santner.
In fact, although Dube and Jadeja had a fold, CSK couldn’t hit one border from Santner, who ended up with 3-0-14-1 on Sunday. The fans chose Jadeja especially for trolling and criticized the poor season he had with the bat, and joked that his shifts made them fall asleep.
Mi vs CSK, IPL 2025: Update
Jadeja has finally attacked Trent Boult lately and helped CSK to take 16 runs. The late flourishing pushed Chennai at 176, which, although still under par, was a significant improvement compared to their planned total 15-over.
In addition to Jadeja, Shivam Dube scored fifty for CSK against Mumbai. The best shifts played by CSK on the day, however, was from Ayush Matre, who came out on the bat for no. 3 and killed 32 of only 15 balls on my debut. Aggressive Matre shots help CSK to get to the PowerPlay pilot – a problem that harassed them during the season.
Chennai, however, could not transfer aggression and let things slip off the powerplay.
Chennai has fought a bat throughout this season. They lost 5 of their first 7 games in the tournament.
