Cheteshwar Pujara feels that Virt Kohli developed as a dough during the IPL 2025 season and could close the strike critics. This season, Kohli had a fruitful season with a bat in IPL and in 15 matches 657 runs with a strike rate of 144.71. During the season he scored the 8th 1950s as RCB won their first IPL title.
In the last few seasons, Kohli has been criticized for his strike by fans and scientists and Pujara feels that the star of RCB could silence it with their performances. Pujara talked to Star Sports and said Kohli is open to adaptation of a new challenge and learning new things.
“It’s not easy, but the virat is that it is one of the most suitable crickets and is open to adaptation to a new challenge or something else. There is always open learning of new things,” Pujara said.
“People have criticized him in the past that he did not break 140-150. Now that you look at his launch this season, he answered this question. He was fired with a strike of 140-150 or more. So he developed like a dough,” he added.
Pujara feels that Kohli’s desire to learn how big the player is.
“It doesn’t come naturally. You have to work on it, and even work at this age when it’s 36 years old and played the game for so long if you’re still willing to learn and change the team, showing how big a player he is,” he said.
IPL wins a huge moment in career Kohli
As the finals ended, Kohli was seen in tears When he came to deal with the reality that he finally got to the title of IPL. Pujara felt it was a huge moment in the career of the RCB star, and it turned out how much he cared.
“It’s a huge moment in his career. He has achieved a lot in his career, but the only thing he couldn’t achieve in his career for many years was the IPL title. It shows how much he cared because he worked hard to win this title for many years.
“Virat has a lot of personal success in his career and has also done a lot with the Indian team. In his cricket career, only one thing that was incomplete remained, it was the title of IPL.
