The rejection of the Union’s government to justify rice and wheat of the Union during the Onam season is a deliberate act of revenge against the people of the state, the alleged Minister of the District Communist Party (CPI) KG Sivanandan. On Wednesday, the protest of the people of the whole district organized under the leadership of the District Council of the CPI in Velangalluru.
Sivanandan called this a calculated BJP step to store the economic and political blockade on Keral. “Politically enlightened people from Kerala are not those who would easily forget such injustices. Since Bhararatiya has been consistent with Bhararatiya in 2014 in 2014 for Narendra Modi in 2014.
“Kerala does not require charity, but its legitimate share,” he said. “Basic foods such as rice and wheat intended for the poor through the ration system are a matter of claim, not the benevolence.
He called for extensive resistance to the movement of the center, which he said that during the season he was starving the people of Kerala. CPI will remain in the forefront of this struggle, he said. The meeting was chaired by the local secretary of CPI Suresh Panikkassery.

The CPI organized torches and protested against Dharnas in more than 100 seats across all election districts in the district as part of a coordinated mass agitation.
