The procedural delay is prevented by the demolition of dangerous school buildings in the district of Ernakulam.
The Ministry of Education issued 72 schools announcements and ordered them to demolish buildings that pose a security risk for students. While schools seek to observe the notification and maintain a safe environment, procedural delay in implementing such measures could remain a problem, which prevents in time.
In the case of the Sanskrit High School, Thripunithura, the building from the beginning of 2000 is unfit for use. The building was built when, according to school employees, a higher secondary education was introduced.

“We asked officials of the local self -governing department to make the building award. We also sent a reminder of the second day. The rest of the work can only be done after the award is issued,” said Savithri V., Main Lady.
The main challenge is the proceedings of proceedings after the issue of valuation certificates. “Demolition of buildings cannot be done in a hurry. There are several procedures that need to be followed, such as a certificate of valuation from the local authority of the body, issuing demolition offer and auction.
A total of eight other schools were added to the list, said Subin Paul, Deputy Director of Education (DDE), Ernakulam. “We have issued clear instructions on schools about what needs to be done. If the school leads to the default, they will be considered responsible if something happens that happens,” said Mr. Paul.
According to VA Sreejith, chairmen of the Committee on Education and Sports Performing at Kochi Corporation, only four schools within the limits of corporation are part of the list. “We have completed the award in all four schools. They can soon continue with subtle formalities,” he said.
The director who did not want to be quoted said: “We watched with officials every other day to ensure a safe environment for students. But the delay is something we cannot help with. Once the valuation is done, we must plan demolition, which could ideally be done to do this.
