3. Vehicles found parked in limited sections will be towed and moved to a transport pit near Bhairon Mandir to Bhairon Marg.
4. Communications must avoid the tunnels Pragati Maidan leading to the Indian gate.
5. The traffic movement will be diverted from Motillal Nezru Place, MANSINGH Road, Jaswant Singh Road and Windsor Place.
Advice also urges commuting who plan to visit boarding bus terminals, railway stations or airports to allow additional travel time, so there is enough time to arrive at the finish time.
