On Friday, the High Court in Delhi reserved an order for a request for a Turkish land and a firm for handling the Çelebi Airport Services Ltd.
Last week, the Turkish society turned to the Delhi High Court and questioned the abolition of its security clearance by the Office for the Security of Civil Aviation (BCAS).
The BCA canceled the security clearance for çelebi airport services, which provides services for manipulating the nine main international airports and fry the National Security 15 May. The order came after Turkey supported Pakistan after the surgery of India Sindoor.
The leader of Mukul Rohatgi, arguing on behalf of Çelebi, said that the current situation is a violation of natural justice. “The Indian government should provide some information about the abolition of Çelebi security before submitting information in the sealed court envelope.”
Rohatgi told the court that society should be told of the accusation or delivered a notice of the cause. “We got both lines and then the shop was closed,” he said.
On Thursday, lawyer Tushar Mehta, while stating the arguments for the government, said the government has the plenary power to avoid any potential threat to the country.
He also told the court that ground handling companies have access to the entire airport and the aircraft, and the BCA CEO has the power to remove any immediate threat.
Rohatgi, who faced this argument, told the bench with one judge chaired by Judge Sachin Datt that Çelebi has been working in India for the past 17 years. “You are dealing with a party without defect for 17 years. Business cannot end overnight. I have a constitutional right to business, this right cannot be contained,” he said.
He also said that the company employs 10,000 people and each individual gets a security card. “No one can enter the airport areas without an individual security pass,” he added.
On Friday, the justice of Datt asked the Indian government and Celebi to submit written contributions by May 26, although Mehta insisted that both written submissions by May 24 were submitted by written submission.
Çelebi refuted all the charges in a statement on May 15. “Çelebi Aviation India will clearly refute all the accusations that circulate on social media on ownership and operation of society in India. The company is owned by international institutional investors from all over Canada, Great Britain, Singapore, SAE and Western Europe.”
“Aclera Partners II LP, a fund registered jerseys, holds 50% ownership in Çelebi Havacılık held by A.ş. The remaining 15% hold Alpha Airport Services BV, a Dutch registered entity.”
