The bench explained that the reason for the provision on the granting of financial benefits stated that these soldiers who encounter disease or disabilities as a result of military service.

Gawas Anil Madso, who joined the army in 1985, was among those who were released from military service in 2015 after diagnosed diabetes mellitus (DM) type II.

The bench stated in its conclusion that the military authorities must prove that the deceased is not the result of military service.

The court also decided in favor of Amina Chanda, who joined the army in 2005 and was to retire in 2020. He was diagnosed with peripheral arterial occlusive disease in the lower limb before retirement. He was assessed to have 20 % disabilities, add a bar and a bench.
He was also denied pension pension and in March 27, the court also dismissed the appeal of the Center against this judgment.
