The divisional bench of the main judge DK UPphyaya and Justice Anish Dayal said that the film would remain until the center won at a request to seek interim relief and seek to suspend the certificate, and ordered the petitioners to access the center within two days to question the certificate.
The petitioners, the accusations in the case of Kanhaiya Lal, agreed that the release of the film would endanger their chances of a fair trial.
The Delhi High Court also ordered the center to call the application within 7 days.
