Will you still need permission from MCD, NDMC?
Although these business devices may not require a police license, it would still have to apply for permission from the municipal corporation in Delhi (MCD), the city council in Nový Delhi (NDMC) and Dilli Council, CM said.
“It has been a long -waiting demand for people and the business community in Delhi for more than 40 years. Almost 25,000 devices were delayed and about 10 to 20 lamps that associated with them suffered because of this close management.” This ends today, “Gupta said.
“Double licenses used to create a confusion about who would do what. With this reform we bring a system with one window to ensure transparency and efficiency. This is an advantage of a double -engine government,” added the main minister.
“Police concentrate more on basic duties”
CM Rekha Gupta said that the police were released from liability for licenses to enterprises, the Police in Dilli will now have more time to focus on their main duties such as crime control, women’s security and public security.
“Now the police will be able to concentrate their full attention on public security, law and order. This will increase transparency and responsibility throughout the license process … Under Prime Minister Modi, our party is trying to create a liberal business environment in Delhi,” she added.
With this main reform, the police will now be able to devote their energy and resources to real police activities, she added.
