A Delhi court has acquitted Delhi Governor VK Saxen in a criminal defamation case filed against him by social activist Medha Patkar. Judicial Magistrate Raghav Sharma of the Saket court, who delivered the sentence orally, said the charge against the accused could not be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
