
Delhi’s collapse: The number of victims jumped to 11 after a 20 -year -old four -storey residential building collapsed in Delhi in the Mustafabad area on Saturday and 11 other other people remained, the officials said.
Among the deceased was the landlord of the building, which was identified as then, 60.
Delhi CM Rekha Gupta expressed his condolences and ordered the probe into the incident, PTI informed.

The police source said that construction work in “two to three shops” on the ground floor could lead to collapse.
“Waste water from the sewer seeps into the walls of buildings for years and over time moisture has weakened the structure, which caused the walls to develop cracks,” said Salim Ali, other inhabitants, PTI reported.
Other locals also expressed concern about the fragile state of four to five buildings in this area.
3. Collapse of the Delhi building: When did it happen?
According to more reports, the building collapsed around 2:39 hours, while most passengers slept inside. Rajender Atwal, divisional firefighter of the fire service Delhi, said Indian Express that the ministry was warned at 2:50 in the morning.
The police said there were several rent families in the building.
