The 35-year-old advocate was allegedly attacked by two unidentified bike-borne miscreants who tried to rob him near Jnanabharathi on the night of April 7.
The victim, identified as Shivaraja, a resident of Muddinapalya, said in his complaint that the incident took place between 8.54 pm and 10.08 pm. He had gone to meet a friend near RV College and was returning when the attack took place.
