
The ongoing investigation of the alleged fraudulent sale of B teodan as private land in the village of Nagaram, Maleshwaram Mandal in the Ranga Reddy district, indicated that there was a “deep -rooted conspiracy” and “use of forged documents”, said director for recovery (ED).
In the countermeasure before the bench of justice CV Bhaskar Reddy Thelangana in the written petition, which is looking for a probe to “Bhodon Land Fraud”, stated that ED officials said that manipulation with officials in Tahsil, Mandala, district and the main commissioner of the Land authorities led to extraterrestrial land. “The investigation is turned on and there is a possibility that other facts about the tasks of these persons and government officials may occur,” said the opponent of the assistant director Ed Hyderabad Gajaraj Singh Thakur.
Ed informed HC that they noticed a statement by the written petitioner Birl Mallesh pursuant to Section 50 of the Act on the Prevention of Money Winding and stated that the petitioner revealed certain facts concerning countries under survey No. 194 from the village of Nagaram.
The ED officer informed HC that Mr. Mallesh’s complaint was handed over to DGP Telangana according to Section 66 PMLA 8. November 2024.
No measures concerning countries under the survey No. 194 and 195 from the village of Nagaram were initiated within PMLA, because no police station has been registered.
After a private complaint filed with one Dastagir Shareef, the court was registered against Khaderunnis and other Maleshwaam Police Commissioner Rachakond. On this basis, ED issued a report on the case for enforcement of the right to fraudulent transactions over the land in survey No. 181 and 182, an affidavit.
No Ecir was issued on countries in the survey No. 194 and 195. The Mallesh’s entry claimed that some IAS and IPS officers had purchased land in Nagaram villages according to these issues. The justice of CV Bhaskar Reddy issued a notice of the higher bureaucrators that directed them to make their relevant honorary statement.
Officers moved the division a bench and were looking for a direction to stay on the order of a single judge. However, the bench division ordered them to give their objections and answers before the only judge.
