Police glowed registered the case against the resort owner in connection with the death of two construction workers on the composed wall of the building of the insufficient center in Thitatathimuk, near ChithiRapuram, Munnar collapsed on Wednesday.
The police registered the case against the inhabitants of Ernakulam Kumblangi Sherin Anila Joseph, 35 years, and her husband and the head of the resort Seby P. Baba, 40.
According to the first information report (companies), the resort owner violated Stop-Memo and continued construction, which resulted in the death of workers.
The incident occurred on Wednesday evening during the construction of a retaining wall 20 feet. As the work proceeded, the ground plunged into and captured workers, Kr Rajeev of Anachal and Benny of Bison Valley, resulting in their immediate death.
According to officials, the revenue department issued a stem from the construction industry in the resort. Later, the village officer locked the building and handed over the key to the devikula sub -correction. The resort owner, however, violated the remark and continued construction.
According to sources, the landowner obtained a permit for building houses and continued his work. “The center is located under the Pallivasal Panchayat, which falls under the orange zone. The department released only a stop-memo, but failed to follow the routine inspection, which resulted in an accident,” the sources said.
The bodies were handed over to the relative after the postmort.
