Dealer Development Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Visakhapatnam

A two-day dealer development program featuring products by women entrepreneurs will be held at the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH), Deck Building, Siripuram, in Visakhapatnam on October 2 and 3, RTIH representative Prakash said.

More than 30 women entrepreneurs from various sectors will participate in the exhibition and showcase products including garments, handicrafts, arts and crafts, food products, cakes, biscuits and other homemade food products, Mr. Prakash said.

The program will take place on both days from 1pm to 8pm on the fifth floor of the RTIH building. It will also feature sessions on business compliance requirements and marketing opportunities from 1 to 3 p.m., according to organizers.

The first day will include sessions on business awareness, networking and professional work, while the second day will include product demonstrations, networking and collaboration opportunities, Mr Prakash said.

Organizers said women entrepreneurs were allocated special booths to showcase their products and interact directly with visitors. The program will also provide entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and business owners with the opportunity to explore products, network and develop business relationships.
