Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has made a recent announcement of its launch plan of the “premium housing scheme 2025” with flats ready to move. Anyone looking for apartments in Dilli-NCR must take note of the following details and start of the scheme.
In the paper on X, August 16, on the occasion of Janmashtami, DDA said: “On a favorable day #janmytami announces DDA” Premium Housing Scheme 2025 “with prepared apartments.”
According to Times of India, approximately 250 apartments will be available for the auction. In addition to the above places, the DDA apartments in Yahangiri, Nand Nagri, Ashok Vihar and Shalimar Bagh will also be built for the electronic auction.
This program received approval 11 July during the DDA meeting by LG VK Saxen.
According to the report, the system includes 48 group units with medium income in Yahangirpuri, Dwar, Nand Nagri and Pitampura, 39 flat groups with high income in Vasant Kunj, sector 19b in Dwar and Pocket 9b in Jasole; and 22 flats with low income in Rohini.
“The scheme also includes 16 garages of cars in the Pitampura garage and 51 scooter garages via Mall Road and Ashok Vihar and offers comprehensive possibilities for living and parking in some of the most important locations in Delhi,” said Delhi.
Cost of apartments within the premium scheme of housing 2025
Apartment prices will vary in different categories, as HIG flats will most likely be offered at a dedicated price in the range between RS1,64 Crore and £2.54 crore. Meanwhile, the value of the MiG apartments can move from £60 lakh to £1.5 crore and league apartments from £39 lakh to £54 Lakh.
