Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Harshal Bhoyar allowed the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to hold a march in Kembhavi town of Shorapur taluk of Yadgir district on Tuesday under certain conditions.
In an order dated November 1, the Deputy Commissioner imposed conditions and strictly instructed the RSS to follow government rules while conducting the march. They will be held responsible for any unexpected incidents, damage to social harmony and loss of public property en route, the order said.
On a request by pro-Dalit organizations to hold a track march in Kembhavi on the same day, the Deputy Commissioner asked them to conduct it on another day.
