The Mysur Railway Division in the southwestern railway watched the International Transition Be awareness (Ilcad) on Thursday to create awareness of road safety and prevent accidents among road users.
The awareness campaign was arranged at the Cross Gate level No. 1 near Lake Kukarahalli.
Divisional Railway Manager Mount Mittal, along with higher officers, inspected the level of transition and participated in the program.
Interactive sessions with road users, live demonstrations of security procedures and brochures were distributed.
The publication said that efforts focused on education to the general public on DOS and Don’ts at the level of transitions and to support responsible behavior near railway lines.
He took part in the scouts and a guide from the southwest railway, which dealt with the public and spread security reports.
