On Wednesday on Wednesday, a new center for data science in Tirupati opened the chapter of the Indian society for probability and statistics (ISP) in Nagar, Thummalagunta.
Collector S. Venkateswar started the building in the presence of Sri Padmavati Mahil Viswa Vidyalayam (ISI CALCUTTA) former director of BLS Prakasa Rao and others.
The center is equipped with a modern laboratory, digital classrooms and library sources and is expected to become a center for research, training and innovation in statistics, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
In the National Seminar on “Statistical Learning and Science on Data: Basics and Application”, where important academics and subjects and experts based on top -class statistics, were given on the 105th anniversary of birth, where important academics and subjects shared the Nobel Laureate and Padma Vibhushan Award CR Rao, National Workshop about data.
Mr. Satyanarayana emphasized the importance of AI, transparency in “Black Box” systems and interdisciplinary research at the intersection of statistics, genetics and anthropology.
Meanwhile, Mr. Prakasa Rao, who is the recipient of the prestigious Shantiswarup Bhatnagar Award ‘, delivered the address of the key lecture to emphasize the importance of statistical derivation in solving problems in the real world.
Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) former PG Vice -President Sankaran, who is also the president of Internet service providers, emphasized the initiative of the Center for Data Sciences and his role in the care of future statistics and data scientists.
The honorary President of ISP P. Rajasekhar Reddy, who remembered the visionary contributions of the late CR Rao, predicted that more youth would join in the coming days. Iit Kharagpur Dean Somesh Kumar and SPMVV Sciences Dean T. Sudha also spoke.
