Mahalingeshwara Hulivesha Troupe from Baloor Pad in the UDUP district packed the first prize for its performance in this year’s Grand Dasara parade. The highest honor is a cash price of 15,000 GBP.
The second and third prizes in the Goravar Kunita category went to Sri Bhakta Kanakadasa Goravar Kunita Kala Sangha from Ramasamudra in Chamarajanagar and Sri Sarapani Maillaralalingeshwar Goravar Troupe. The second price transmits a cash valuation of 5,000 GBP.
In the folk dance category, the third price of 2,500 GBP was awarded Lambani Dance Performers Paravathi Malalappa Sangoal and Troupe of Bidar and Kamalibai and Troupe of Yadgiru.
Prices worth 30,000 GBP were previously announced by the Dasara Tameleux Committee, led by police commissioner Msur Seel Latkar.
