The Saphagirula Vabhavam (Sort of Seven Hill fame) beautifully introduced the green, mystic, sacred and Serendipitous the essence of Tirumal hills.
Bharatiya Vidy Bhavanová Sri Venkateswar Vidyalaya in the school area at the foot of Tirumal Hills organized Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Sri Vidyalaya at the foot of Turumal Hills, performed during the annual cultural festival of Sravan Sangeeth Lahar.
The performance emphasized the mythological importance of seven hills – Shadri, Garudadri, Venkatadri, Narayanadri, Vrishabhadri, Vrisadri and Anjanadri – together as Ushalala Hills, along with their other lean. In creative touches, students also drew parallels between the hills and the pranic energy centers in the human body. The harmonious mixture of melody and rhythm in the ballet received a storm reaction of the audience.
Director of Bharatiya Vidy Bhavan N. Satyanarayan Raja expressed his commitment to promote interest in classical music and dance among students through such events and recorded a growing enthusiasm for the festival among the public.
The renowned writer Julakanti Balasubrahmanyam appreciated Bhavan’s Tirupati Kendra for the organization of the annual book festival, which supports the culture of reading among the younger generation. The event also represented the addresses of the Vice -President of the SPMVV UMA Vennam, the renowned singer and Professor Dwaram Lakshmi in retirement and Svims University Dean Alladi Mohan, who shared his knowledge and recognition for the performance of students.
