
According to The Times of India (TOI), a 40 -year -old woman Dalit was reportedly raped in the Uttar Pradesh district in Mainpuri.
The incident occurred after the woman went to collect and £20,000 loans from a person from another caste. The accused offered a loan because the victim’s husband dealt with financial problems.
Companies were registered against the accused and an investigation is currently underway.

The victim in a complaint filed on Monday said she had seen the accused near the bridge while she took her son to hairstyle. He offered her the amount of loans and asked her to accompany him to ride a motorcycle. She took a bike along with her son, where the accused took her to an isolated place and allegedly raped her. He threatened to shoot the child, if resisting, said the report.
The report also stated that the victim remained quiet for fear. But the man repeatedly threatened her on the phone. Later she gathered the courage to inform her husband about the incident. Her husband took her to the local police station and filed a complaint. The accused sells building materials in the village and already knew the victim and her husband.
Two reserved for rape gangs of a smaller Dalitian girl
A similar incident was announced in Utah district in Uttar Pradesh, where, according to the PTI report, two individuals were reportedly booking for the rape of gangs of a smaller Dalitian girl.
The case of Jaithara was filed at the Jaithara Case 21. April on the basis of a complaint from the father of the girl.
“About 14:00 24 December 2024, Lav Kumar and Gore Lal Yadav, both residents of the Etah district, lured my smaller daughter and took her to Noid. Her aunt arranged for them a rented room in Noida, where a bad act was bound for my daughter,” said the complainant.
The defendant threatened the girl to make a video and post it online when she resisted.
