Cyberabad Police reviewed the adoption of an AI-based predictive traffic management system capable of predicting traffic congestion, simulating real-time road scenarios and optimizing traffic signal timing across the commissionerate.
The proposal, in line with European standards, was reviewed at a meeting at the Police Smart Integrated Operations Center (PSIOC). Cyberabad Police Commissioner M. Ramesh has directed officials to explore the feasibility of introducing smart traffic technologies to strengthen congestion management, improve enforcement efficiency and enhance overall road safety.
