Confederation of university employees (CUEO) will observe the “Week of Higher Education from 8 to 15 October, increasing different requirements, including the termination of alleged Chancellor’s interventions in disruption of higher education sector.
Other requirements include providing adequate financial assistance to universities, starting the 12th process of salaries for employees, without delay, release of all arrears on the expensive item, abandoning the national pension system (NPS) and restoring the old legal system and correcting the “erroneous” economic police officers.
President Cueo PK Biju will formally start a campaign at Keral University 8 October. The programs will be carried out in all university campuses throughout the state, the press release said.
