The main secretary of K. Ramakrishna Rao ordered the district collectors to review Indiramma’s progress and issue sanction procedures for eligible recipients.
Collectors should take steps to ensure that the houses are immediately grounded. On Tuesday, the main secretary organized video conferencing with district collectors to review the progress of the Mahotsavam, Indiramma Housing Scheme, the availability of fertilizers, the extension of oil palm, BHU Bharathi, seasonal diseases and other problems. The video conference was attended by officials from income, housing, health, agriculture and forests.
He called on the district collectors to innovatively think about having a lasting impact on people’s lives. There was a huge scope for collectors to attract development and social programs in their districts, which in turn would take a long way in the rise of poor and oppressed.
At Vanamahotsavam, collectors were told to make a meeting of the District Monitoring Advisory Committee and review progress with the departments in question. It was necessary to ensure that the seedlings of high -quality seedlings were ready for planting with a special focus on plantation of fruits, except that they took steps to monitor the survival of planted seedlings.
The Minister of the Environment and Forest Konda Arekha suggested that a targeted approach can be accepted involving all departments in the tree plantations program. Free land in the districts should be identified to occupy the plantation in a large way.
Minister of Agriculture Raghunandan Rao reported that there were sufficient amounts of fertilizers available and it was for collectors to ensure that there was no purchase or panic accumulation. Special officers should visit the fertilizer dealer in their relevant districts and evaluate the situation, he said.
Mr. Ramakrishna Rao reported that during Sadassus’s income, more than eight Lakh applications held throughout the state. Collectors were directed to personally monitor applications and take steps to destroy them with humane approach. Collectors were also asked to be warned of the spread of transmission diseases and vector diseases caused by monsoon.
At the Mukth Bharath Abhiyan TB, the district collectors asked to prepare the action plan and performing a convergence meeting including DMHO, hospital superintendents, a red cross and an Indian medical association. In addition, the district collectors were asked to evaluate the requirements of medical faculties, especially from the HR point of view and take appropriate steps.
