
The Central Reserve Police forces rejected Constable Munir Ahmed on Saturday for the service for hiding his marriage with a Pakistani national, the statement of security forces said.
CRPF said Ahmed, “He consciously hid her over her visa”.
“CT/GD Munir Ahmed of 41 CRPF battalions was rejected from the service with an immediate effect for hiding his marriage with a Pakistani national and consciously carried her above her visa.
Why was Constable Munir Ahmed ejected?
The Indian Express Report said Munir filed an application for permission to marry with the Pakistani National Menal Khan. However, before the Ministry could process or grant approval, the marriage was reportedly celebrated through the WhatsApp Video Coll 24 May 2024, the report said.
The matter concerned the political decision, and the Jamm and Kashmir zone recommended that the request for marrying with the Pakistani national “could not be awarded, wrote the probe committee in his report.
