
The Confederation of the Association of Real Estate Developers of India AP chapter Vice President K. Subhash Chandra Bose asked the State Government to ensure trouble -free road facilities between the city of Vizianagaram and Bhugapuram International Airport because the existing connecting roads were very narrow in the future. He said that expansion of roads by 100 feet would prepare a way for the rapid development of construction, service sector, hospitality and other companies in the future.
Credai has been organizing meetings for several days to seek the views of builders, entrepreneurs and others on future occasions of Vizianagararam and government support for the rapid development of the city of Vizianagam. During these meetings, he took proposals from President K.rajasekhar, Secretary General B.Surendry Ashwant and Cridai and other President K.rajasekhar, Secretary General B.Surendry Ashwant and Credai.
In an interview with the Hindus Mr. .Subhash, the development of 100 feet of roads on routes such as Vizianagaram-Denkada-Natavalasa-Bhogapuram and Vizianagaram-Chintalava-Bogapuram would prepare the way for Fort City’s rapid development. “The then government developed the road and built PV Narasimha Rao Express Highway in Hyderabad to ensure the best and quick connection to Shamshabad airport. Such an initiative will also ensure maximum progress and economic activity in Vizianagaram and surroundings if the roads are developed to ensure the best connection to Bhogapuram
“CRIDAI will present the representation of the main Minister N.Candrababa Naid, the Minister of the Municipal Administration of P.Narayan, the Minister for MSME Kondapalli Srinnivas and older officials to explain the requirements of the visianagararam city in the background of the construction of an international airport, which is expected until 2026 June,” he added.
He thanked the State Government for the release of the GO-114 relaxation standards for the construction and reduction of the stamp of 4 % to 1 % for GPA registrations. “Previously, the builders used a huge amount of registration fees whenever they wanted to conclude an agreement with landowners for the construction of apartments,” he said, adding that the availability of sand at reasonable costs also benefited the construction industry in all Andra Pradesh districts.
