The Indian Confederation of the Association of Real Estate Developers (CRIDAI) has taken the development of the decade -old Gadiyaram Hospital in Kurnool. The Kurnool Municipal Corporation (KMC), which used the hospital, has completed the process of transferring rights to Credai administration.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MO) was signed between the KMC P. Viswanatha Commissioner and the chairman of the Credai Gorantla district district in this sense on Sunday (August 3, 2025) in the Tábor Commissioner. On this occasion, Mr. Viswanatha appreciated Credui for various initiatives he takes as social responsibility.
Mr. Viswanatha said that Credai voluntarily signed up to return the decade of old glory of Gadiyaram. At its meeting on Saturday (August 2, 2025), the KMC approved the proposal to hand over the management of Credai hospital. The Commissioner prolonged all possible support of Credai and stated that the hospital would satisfy the medical needs of people living in nearby locations.
Mr. Ramana said they decided to adopt the hospital for 10 years on the proposal of the Minister for Industry and TG Bharath. Initially, the hospital will be developed by spending 20 ₹ Lakh and the steps will also be taken to recruit more medical staff using minister and industry officials. He said they had prepared a plan for the modernization of the hospital and the work would start soon.
During the signing of the memorandum, the representatives of the Commissioner Satish Kumar Reddy were also present, the public health officer DR Visweswara Reddy, representatives of Credai G. Sairam Reddy, Ranganath Reddy and others.
