CREDAI Tamil Nadu congratulated C. Joseph Vijay on assuming the post of Chief Minister and sought systems to ensure transparency and eliminate corruption.
“The results clearly show that young and urban voters have strongly voiced their expectations for visible development, stronger infrastructure, cleaner governance, zero corruption and greater accountability across systems,” said Habib WS, president, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Habib explained that Tamil Nadu has always been one of the most progressive and economically vibrant states of India. To sustain and accelerate this growth trajectory, urban development, infrastructure expansion and ease of doing business will play a defining role in the coming years, he said.
“At the same time, expectations are rising for systems that reduce delays, eliminate corruption, improve transparency and create greater trust among citizens, businesses, entrepreneurs and investors. A governance ecosystem built on efficiency, integrity and speed will contribute significantly to the next phase of Tamil Nadu’s growth,” he added. “We also congratulate R. Kumar, our very own member of CREDAI Chennai, for winning the Velachery constituency under the banner of TVK,” said Mehul H. Doshi, President, CREDAI Chennai.
