The Hyderabad chapter of the Confederation of Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) on Tuesday announced the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 to be held from February 6 to 8 at HITEX.
According to the report, only projects approved under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act will be exhibited at the exhibition. A wide range of residential and commercial options will be on display, including apartments, villas, planned development projects and office space across Hyderabad.
Speaking to the media, CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy said, “The recent GHMC and HMDA land auctions have reaffirmed Hyderabad’s position as one of the most premium and liquid land markets in India, especially in high-growth corridors like c, Raidurg and Bachupally. These high-value transactions signal an expected long-term increase in demand for homes.” makes the current phase a good opportunity to invest before the next price cycle occurs.”
