The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 concluded on Sunday with developers reporting strong buyer engagement, valuable leads and on-site deal closures. The three-day real estate exhibition recorded an approximate attendance of 36,000 visitors.

The property expo brought residential and commercial projects, developers and financial institutions under one roof and provided homebuyers an opportunity to compare RERA-approved projects, explore available options and interact directly with developers.

The event also included discussions on Hyderabad’s evolving real estate market, emerging growth corridors, changing buyer preferences and infrastructure and economic factors driving demand in the city.

CREDAI Hyderabad President N. Jaideep Reddy said at the event that the real estate expo reflects Hyderabad’s transition from a growth market to a hub for long-term wealth creation. “We are seeing a more selective buyer who values quality and connectivity, particularly in our fast-growing western corridor, which now leads the city’s investment scene,” he said.

Prasun Kumar, CMO, Magicbricks, in an interview curated by Magicbricks at the property expo, said that Hyderabad is emerging as one of the most vibrant and resilient real estate markets in India. He said the city’s growth is ever broader, supported not only by its traditional strengths in IT and life sciences, but also by the expansion of global capability centers (GCCs), aerospace, manufacturing and other high-value industries.
