The Minister of the Municipal Administration P. Narayan announced on Monday that the AP (CRDA) Office has sanctioned the development of the Golden Clump in Atmacur near Mangalagiri, which will include a reserved GEMS and jewelry park. The project is expected to extend over 78 acres and attract almost 5,000 crore in investment and create about 20,000 direct jobs, except for thousands of indirect opportunities.
CRDA also cleaned the CRORE 904 GBP allocation for the development of infrastructure in 29 main villages as part of critical infrastructure and LPS investment plan). These proposals will be presented before Cabinet 21. August for approval, after which offers will be invited.
LPS is made to facilitate the golden clump, Mr. Narayana said. The Office also assigned another 100 hectares to Vit and SRM universities to support their expansion in Amaravati.
