The Indian Communist Party (Marxist) (CPI (M)) took a march to the municipal office on Tuesday to protest the attack on his councilor Saleen Beevi.
The police blocked the march in front of the municipal office. A member of the District Secretariat CPI (m) TK Noushad started the march. The Secretary of the K. Krishhnankutty and a member of the CP District Committee Přilod spoke.
CPI leaders (M) warned that BJP attempts to name the skill center after the founder of the RSS resistant to marching people.
The Indian EU Muslim League also organized a protest before the municipal authority and condemned the BJP decision to name the skill center after the founder of the RSS.
The protest was inaugurated by the Muslim Youth League National Vice President PP Anvar Samath. He said that the policy of hate, which was designed by BJP and RSS, would be promoted by adherence to democratic values. He said that when the freedom fighters took care of India’s freedom, Sangh Parivar dealt with national work. “We will resist the move to discharge the leaders who worked against the ground,” he said.
