The Indian Communist Party (Marxist) (CPI (M)) The State Secretariat accused the Congress in Keraral of lack of resistance against the “Anti-Muslim” law of WAQF, 2025, in Lok Sabha.
The State Secretary of the CPI (M) MV Govindan said at a press conference that the President of the Keral Pradesh (KPCC) Congress Committee (KPCC) K. Sudhan, MP; Rahul Gandhi’s opposition leader; And the Congress of Wayanad Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was missing in the house during the debate on the law that represented an existential threat to Muslim religious legacy.
Mr Govindan, on the other hand, said that deputies of the Democratic Front (LDF), including those in Rajya Sabha, vehemently against the law in parliament and submitted his case against violations of minorities guaranteed by Article 26 of the Constitution.
Mr. Govindan said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Machiavellian is trying to divide mainly secular Christian and Muslim voices by the misleading law on the Corrective Act, which has been posted into court rights concerning the rights concerning ownership of the High Rights.
Rijian’s notes
He said that the Minister of Trade Unions for Parliamentary Affairs Kiran Rijija gave the BJP game away by slipping that the WAQF 2025 law had no retrospective effect and gave rare relief to the harassed residents, most of which are Christians.
Mr. Govindan said that the unintentional Avowal Mr. Rijija came as an apparent moment for certain parts of the Church leadership that vehemently supported the bill and tried to go through a unified democratic front led (UDF) to support Lok Sabha.
Panel mandate
Christians have now understood that BJP is not a friend. In particular, they were shocked that the RSS, the organizer, ominously noted that the characteristics of the Catholic Church far exceeded the Waqf countries, and that the unclear 1965 directive caused such religious references to date back to the colonial era.
He said that the left democratic front (LDF) will solve problems through survey and consensus. “The government has appointed the Commission to study this matter. It would calibrate a legal and political approach based on a harmonious compliance between all parties involved,” he said.
