
The Minister of Health Karnataka Dinesh Gunda Rao urged people on Saturday not to fail and continue their duties because the state records a gradual increase in Covid-19 cases.
When he talked to reporters in Bengalur, he clarified himself about the center consultancy and said he clearly states that monitoring is sufficient and no special measure is needed.
“I invite everyone not to panic, because when you see the news in the media, that Covid-19 returned to persecute people, people are concerned,” he said.

Rao also stated that the Karnataka government is on alert and is taking all the necessary steps to spread the virus.

As for the recent increase in Covid-19, Rao said there was a possibility under the Coronavir category.
“It could be a subvariant JN 1 .. They were detected in Southeast Asia, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia. There is also no panic in these countries,” the minister said.
Speaking of the tip in Covid-19 cases in Kerala, RAO said that increased testing can lead to an increase in the number of cases.

Dinesh Gunda comments come the day after the Karnatak government issued a statement of a recent increase in Covid-19 cases.
The statement issued by the medical department stated that out of 35 active COVID-19 cases listed in State 32 came from Bengalur.

“Although the situation is well controlled, a gradual increase in cases has been observed over the last 20 days. It is therefore appropriate for the public to actively adhere to the appropriate COVID-19 (CAB) behavior,” according to the Karnataka statement.
Pregnant women, children, immunocompromised individuals and women with comorbidities were asked to wear masks when visiting public spaces.
Individuals with symptoms of serious acute respiratory disease (Sari) are recommended that they are immediately tested on Covid-19, early treatment and preventing further spread, the officials added.
