A Delhi court on Monday (December 15, 2025) extended the NIA custody of Delhi bomb blast accused Soyab and Dr. Naseer Bilal Malla in another four days.
Both were produced before Chief and Chief Justice Anju Bajaj Chandna, who allowed the investigating agency to interrogate Soyab and Naseer in custody for another four days. Soyab, a resident of Faridabad, and Dr. Naseer Bilal Malla, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, was produced before the court amid tight security after the expiry of their previous judicial remand.
Media persons were prohibited from reporting on the meeting. According to the NIA probe, the two were providing logistical support to Umar-un-Nabi before the terrorist bomb blast in Delhi. They destroyed evidence related to the terrorist attack, the agency said earlier on December 9, 2025.
Umar-un-Nabi was said to be driving an explosives-laden car that exploded outside the Red Fort on November 10, killing 15 people and injuring several others.
