Couple attempts suicide after argument over serving toddler breakfast, wife dies

A couple V. Pavan Kumar and his wife M. Ganga Kiranmayee, natives of Mandapadu village in Krishna district, allegedly consumed rat poison after arguing over who would serve breakfast to their three-year-old son on June 5. Kiranmayee (28) died in hospital while her husband is undergoing treatment. Gudivada police said investigations are on.
