Secretary General AICC and MP, KC Venugopal claimed that the country is currently dominated by those who are willing to destroy democracy to win the elections. He said that the Congress Party would soon publish shocking data regarding Lok Sabha 2024 elections.
In Venugopal, who spoke at a meeting of leaders organized by the Thrissur District Congress Committee, Mr. Venugopal BJP accused election manipulation and criticized the CPI (M) of allegedly associated with the list of voters in Kerala.
“It is shameful that while CPI (m) supports the struggle of Congress against election fraud at national level, they are involved in manipulating the voters’ list in the state,” he said.
He also criticized the double standards of BJP and compared their behavior with a hare running and hunting with hounds. “The latest example of this hypocrisy was seen in Chhattisgarh. Only Amit Shah knows the logic that transmits a case related to nuns on NIA. Similarly, he only seems to understand BJP’s claim that he hit the release of nuns,” Mr. Venugopal said.
He called for a decisive battle against election neglect and said it was time to confront and reveal such corruption.
President DCC Joseph Tanet chaired office and included the distribution of cards for the presidents of the department.
