The State Waqf Council in Theangana announced on Tuesday that it would be earmarked because the entry units based on the ground and the seventh floor of the Haj House in Nampally.
The units facilitate the entry, update and verification of the WAQF properties, as the UMEED portal targets are assumed to cause transparency, responsibility and their better control. According to TGWB, while the ground floor would be used exclusively for entering real estate data administered by Mutawallis and controlling committees, the seventh floor would be used for real estate under direct control of TGWB.
In a separate development, the delegation of TGWB members, including the chairman of Syed Azmatullah Husseni and members of Syed Akbar Nizamuddin Hussaini, Syed Nisar Hussain and Syed Bandagi Badeshah Quadri, among others to meet the Minister for Minorities Aluri Laxman. They also exchanged opinions on the UMEED portal.
