Sweed cannabis and ice cream sweets in Hyderabad on Friday.
A special work group for excise tax (STF) uncovered the illegal sale of sweets and ice cream cannabis during the Hyderabad Cooperal celebrations.
The StF police, which operated on Tip-off, carried out raids in Malchipura, lower Dhoolpet, where it confiscated 100 ice cream ice cream filled with cannabis, 72 barf sweets and silver balls made with Ganja.
Consumer officials stated that Satyanarayana Singh, a regular seller of Kulfi ice cream, was found selling ice cream aimed cannabis under the guise of the Holi Festival. After the raid, a case for illegal sales of narcotic-attractive foods was registered against him.
The STF team confirmed that strict steps will be taken against those who are involved in drug distribution in the form of sweets and other consumption materials. Meanwhile, the police staff urged people to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities related to the distribution of narcotics. Further investigations are underway.
