Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan killed the bill on the Constitution (130. Appendix), 2025 called him a “new experiment in neo-fascist politics” and Sangh Parivar Stratago for persecution Ne-Bharatiya Janata in the country.
The bill, which was presented in Lok Sabha, can only be considered as a political decision of the BJP Government Loaded by this intention and continuing the policy of persecution by the central investigative agencies that practiced it, said Mr. Vijayan on Wednesday.
For some time, state governments using central investigative agencies have been trying. There are also cases where main ministers and ministers who hold constitutional positions are imprisoned. The rush, which will manifest itself in enforcing the law, results from dissatisfaction that their resignation has not been secured, said Mr. Vijayan.
Mr. Vijayan described the bill as a new experiment of unofficistic policy, where individuals are imprisoned for trumpeted accusations and then disqualified as a justification.
The main minister called for a unified front against the anti -democratic attitude of Sangh Parivar. The Government of the Union seeks to undermine state governments that seek to provoke the constitutional rights of state governments and prove that the governor has a veto of authority over state lawmakers.
Draconian: Baby
The Indian Communist Party (Marxist) Secretary General Ma Baby described the bill on Wednesday on Wednesday on LoBha on Wednesday introduced Interior Minister Amit Shah as “Drakonian” and focused on “institutionalization of political corruption of dictatorial threats against parties in opposition”.
Mr. Baby accused BJP of using central agencies to intimidate the opposition and prison by two main ministers from opposition parties from “poor land”. He argued that the changes would institutionalize this threat, allow the prison center, and then removed the main ministers and ministers against the BJP.
