Congress warned BRS working President KT Ram Rao against the “derogatory” comments on the chief Minister A. Revant Reddy and accused him of slipping to the “low level of language” and trying to stimulate political unrest.
At separate press conferences in Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday, Mlc Venkat Balmoor, Chairman of the Tourism Development of Patel Ramesh Reddy, Road Development Corporation Malreddy Ramreddy, and TPCC Secretary General Chanagani called “Kaleshwaam Fiasco”.
Mr. Balmoor said that unfounded notes were aimed at inciting party workers to create tension so that the situation could be spiral into clashes at the street level. Congress workers will not tolerate such “nonsense” from KTR, he warned.
Mr. Patel Ramesh Reddy said that those who talk about the main minister will not be spared, question the tone and tenor of the words KTR. “His statements reflect only frustrations in the BRS leadership because they are obliged to face punishment for their corruption and inefficiency in implementing the Kallesthaam project.”
Mr. Dayakar said that the whole KCR family was shaken by a probe into the Kaleshwaam project and KTR was not acceptable by speaking a tongue against CM.
Mr. Ramredda accused similar feelings and accused the previous BRS regime of turning Telangana into a “debt trap” and stated that the Government of Congress under Mr. Revant Reddy was determined to reverse this inheritance through complex initiatives in the field of good living conditions and development. “People from Telangana will give BRS a suitable answer in the local body,” he said.
Later, Mr. Venkat Balmoor complained of a cyber cell against KTR and also had Kaushik Reddy using his social media platforms to publish inappropriate and unfounded notes against CM. He said that slanderous comments were a serious threat to the law and order in the state.
Specifically, he condemned the remarks of Mr. Kushik Reddy and said, “It is unacceptable for public representatives to bend at such a level and abuse digital platforms.”
