Congress decided to engage in a special holiday petition (SLP), which the government is to plan to submit to the Supreme Court, which challenges the recent decision of the Supreme Court in Telangana to introduce 42% of back -class quota in local authorities.
The President of the Telangana Pradesh (TPCC) B. Mahesh Kumar Goud, who is in Nový Delhi together with Minister Vakati Srihari, organized a wide consultation with legal experts, including Rajya Sabha Abhishek Manu Singhvi.
“The SLP proposal was sent to Mr. Singhvi and the SLP was submitted late on Monday evening,” Goud Hindu said.
TPCC chief previously called on President AICC MALLIKARJUN KHARGE in his residence and asked his health. During his interaction with the Party Party, Mr. Goud explained the steps that the TELANGANY government took on the way forward after HC’s stay at reservations. He also pointed out how the party undertook to provide 42% of the BCS quota in the following local bodies surveys.
Here it can be mentioned that Minister A. Revanth Reddy organized a detailed meeting with higher officials and later interviewed Mr. Singhvi to explore the possibility to obtain a favorable judgment that will continue to surveys public opinion.
The government intends to explore all legal possibilities before it comes to any conclusion on how to be a BC quota in local authorities’ surveys.
If the TELANGANY government does not achieve a positive result from the Supreme Court, it will be forced to implement 42% of the quota in the assignment of tickets to bc communities. It is certainly in this way to put the congress on high moral soil and put pressure on opposition parties to set out on the same line.
Congress has already taken the lead in its attitude Pro-BC by assigning a ticket to the Jubilee Hills constituency to the leader BC Naveen Yadav and put the other parties on the defensive. BRS nominated the wife of the late BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath, while the BJP is still to complete the nominated.
