The President of Telangan BJP N. Ramchander Rao questioned the Congress Plan to organize protest in the Mantar Mantar in Delhi to seek support for a 42% BC quota for local physical vote on Monday.
In a press release, Mr. Rao pointed out that it was a congress that promised a quota for BC before the elections at the assembly and when the bill was introduced in the legislative assembly, which was supported by the BJP.
“So how does the center come to the picture? Why blame the Center when issuing a regulation is the privilege of the governor?
BJP President said that Congress intends to issue only some “noise” in Delhi, but it is convinced that the people of the country and telangana are well aware of the damage caused by the country, and therefore these actions will not take seriously.
Meanwhile, the Party President on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will take a two -day tour to Peddapall and Mancherial districts to organize meetings with the party cadre and also meet professionals from several fields.
At a separate press conference, the Secretary -General of K. Venkateswarl said that BRS MLC Kvitha has no locus standi to attract any agitation for BC when the government led by her father and chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao did nothing for 10 years.
“It is shameful to talk about BC quota when KCR actually reduced it to 22% out of 34%. She never worked because of BCS either as a deputy or MLC. Now she speaks from frustration for family struggles and her leaders have begun to criticize her,” he said.
